Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
After notifying us, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us.
To be eligible for a return:

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, in accordance with applicable law.
